{"id":84875,"date":"2020-09-11T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-11T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/blog\/creme-caramel-cream-caramel\/"},"modified":"2026-02-18T09:37:51","modified_gmt":"2026-02-18T08:37:51","slug":"creme-caramel-cream-caramel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/blog\/cs\/creme-caramel-cream-caramel\/","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00e8me Caramel of Cream Caramel\u00ae"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Today\u2019s recipe is a sweet, easy-to-prepare, gluten-free treat that only requires a handful of ingredients and yields excellent, finger-licking results.<\/h2>\n<p>In Spain, this recipe is also known as <strong>egg custard<\/strong> or <strong>pudding<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Ingredients for the caramel<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>40 g of sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons of water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Ingredients for the cr\u00e8me caramel (egg custard) (8\u201310 people)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>55 g of sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>500 mL of <a href=\"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/en\/photoperiod-dependent-seeds\/35-cream-caramel.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Cream Caramel<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/blog\/en\/como-hacer-leche-de-marihuana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cannamilk<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>3 eggs, lightly beaten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Preparation of the homemade caramel:<\/h3>\n<p>Place a saucepan on a low heat and add the 40 g of sugar and 3 tablespoons of water.<\/p>\n<p>Stir with a metal spoon until the sugar has completely dissolved. Once dissolved, increase the heat so that the mixture boils and thickens. <strong>Do not stir the homemade caramel<\/strong> during this step.<\/p>\n<p>When the <strong>caramel syrup<\/strong> has acquired a golden colour, remove from the heat and pour a little bit of the <strong>homemade caramel<\/strong> into one of the <strong>flan moulds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Preparation of the cr\u00e8me caramel (egg custard)<\/h3>\n<p>Start by <strong>preheating<\/strong> the oven to <strong>180 \u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Add the <a href=\"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/blog\/en\/como-hacer-leche-de-marihuana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cannamilk<\/strong><\/a> and vanilla extract to a saucepan and heat at a medium level. Stir until the cannamilk has warmed up but be sure not to let it boil.<\/p>\n<p>Place the 3 eggs and 55 g of sugar in a bowl. Stir vigorously until the sugar is well blended.<\/p>\n<p>Now add the special <a href=\"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/blog\/en\/como-hacer-leche-de-marihuana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Cream Caramel<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> cannamilk<\/strong><\/a> that you heated earlier, while continuing to stir until everything is <strong>thoroughly mixed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Use a <strong>slotted spoon<\/strong> or <strong>skimmer<\/strong> to remove any excess foam that develops, then pass the <strong>cannabis custard<\/strong> through a sieve.<\/p>\n<p>Now just share out the mixture evenly in each of the flan moulds.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Baking the cr\u00e8me caramel (egg custard)<\/h3>\n<p>Take a deep <strong>baking tray<\/strong>, place the custard-filled moulds on the tray and add boiling water to the tray to a depth that is just a bit more than halfway up the <strong>moulds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bake for about 35 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>After 35 minutes, use a knife to check whether the <strong>Cream Caramel<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> <strong>egg custards<\/strong> are ready. Just push the knife into the centre of the <strong>cannabis custards<\/strong>, then check that it comes out clean and nothing sticks to it.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Remove from the moulds<\/h3>\n<p>Pass the blade of a knife around the inside of each mould and turn out the custard onto a plate.<\/p>\n<p>Be patient as it can be quite tricky. If the custard does not fall out easily, <strong>carefully try again<\/strong> with the knife, then give a little on the bottom of the mould after turning it over again.<\/p>\n<p>And there you have it! A delicious, super-easy, uncomplicated dessert that you will be preparing time and time again.<\/p>\n<div><a class=\"foobox\"
