In 1917, with some help from their mums, Girl Scout troops started preparing, cooking and then selling cookies door-to-door in order to raise money for their activities.<\/h2>\n<p>Nowadays, over a century later, the Girl Scouts sell approximately 200 million boxes of their famous cookies every year.<\/p>\n<p>The cookies are available in lots of delicious varieties, but some of the most popular ones are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thin Mints<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Cookies<\/li>\n<li>Do-si-dos<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\/Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies<\/li>\n<li>Peanut Caramel<\/li>\n<li>Peanut Butter Cookie Crunch Clusters<\/li>\n<li>Shortbread\/Trefoils<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Raspberry Lemonades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In this post we want to show you how to prepare some tasty Do-si-Dos<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, but of course, using <a href=\"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/blog\/en\/mantequilla-de-cacahuete-cannabica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cannabis peanut butter<\/strong><\/a> prepared with our own sweet strain of <a href=\"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/es\/outlet\/2817-do-sweet-dos.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Do-Sweet-Dos<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Ingredients for Do-si-Dos<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Girl Scout Cookies<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>115 g of butter (room temperature)<\/li>\n<li>225 g of sugar<\/li>\n<li>90 g of oats<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>110 g of plain (all-purpose) flour<\/li>\n<li>115 g of <a href=\"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/blog\/en\/mantequilla-de-cacahuete-cannabica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cannabis peanut butter<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon of salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon of baking powder (sodium bicarbonate)<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons of vanilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Ingredients for the filling<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>180 g of icing sugar<\/li>\n<li>115 g of <a href=\"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/blog\/en\/mantequilla-de-cacahuete-cannabica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cannabis peanut butter<\/strong><\/a> (room temperature)<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon of milk<\/li>\n<li>55 g of butter (room temperature)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"color\">How to prepare Do-si-Dos\u00ae Girl Scout Cookies<\/h3>\n<p>Start by <strong>preheating<\/strong> the oven to <strong>180 \u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Place the room temperature butter and sugar in a bowl. Blend for 2 minutes. When they are well mixed, add the <a href=\"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/blog\/en\/mantequilla-de-cacahuete-cannabica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cannabis peanut butter<\/strong><\/a> and blend thoroughly.<\/p>\n<p>Now add the egg and vanilla, and mix once again until you have a smooth blend. Then add the salt and baking powder, and, you\u2019ve guessed it, mix again to combine all the ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>To finish preparing the dough for your <strong>Do-Sweet-Dos Girl Scout Cookies<\/strong>, just add the <strong>flour<\/strong> and <strong>oats<\/strong> and mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Take the <strong>Do-si-Dos cannabis cookies<\/strong> dough and shape it into small balls. Place them on an oven tray covered with baking paper.
