It basically consists of two layers of sponge fingers, which have previously been dipped in coffee, covered with mascarpone cream cheese.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, if you are not a big fan of coffee, you can use matcha instead, another delicious option!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 30 minutes, plus at least 4 hours chilling in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Difficulty:<\/strong> easy.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Ingredients for cannabis tiramisu (6\u20138 servings)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>70 g of sugar.<\/li>\n<li>2 large eggs (or 3 medium) at room temperature.<\/li>\n<li>400 g of mascarpone cheese.<\/li>\n<li>30 gr of <a href=\"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/blog\/en\/como-preparar-mantequilla-de-cannabis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cannabis butter<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>200 mL of coffee.<\/li>\n<li>Savoiardi sponge fingers. The number may vary depending on the size of the cake tin.<\/li>\n<li>Pure cacao powder.<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of salt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Preparation of marijuana tiramisu<\/h3>\n<p>Start by preparing a pot of coffee. Then leave it to cool.<\/p>\n<p>Separate the egg <strong>yolks<\/strong> from the <strong>whites<\/strong>, placing them in two bowls. Remember, the eggs must be at room temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Add a pinch of salt to the <strong>egg whites<\/strong> and whisk by hand until a foam forms. As soon as the foam appears, mix with a blender till they form stiff peaks.<\/p>\n<p>Now take the bowl with the <strong>yolks<\/strong>, add 70 g of sugar and beat thoroughly until the mixture takes on a light yellow colour.<\/p>\n<p>Melt the <a href=\"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/blog\/en\/como-preparar-mantequilla-de-cannabis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cannabis butter<\/strong><\/a>, either using a bain-marie or heating for short periods in a microwave, and combine with the yolks and sugar while stirring to obtain a uniform mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Now add the mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.<\/p>\n<p>Take the bowl of <strong>yolks<\/strong>, <strong>sugar<\/strong>, <strong>cannabis butter<\/strong> and <strong>mascarpone cheese<\/strong> and gradually add the beaten egg whites. Carefully fold the egg whites into the mascarpone mixture using a spatula to avoid losing the spongy texture. Be careful not to soak them for too long or they might break into pieces. Arrange the soaked fingers in a cake tin to form the bottom layer of our <strong>tiramisu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have covered the bottom of the tin, pour half of the <strong>cannabis mascarpone cheese mixture<\/strong> over the fingers.<\/p>\n<p>Repeat the process with more <strong>sponge fingers<\/strong>, soaking them in coffee and creating a new layer on top of the mascarpone cream, then add the rest of the <strong>cannabis mascarpone cheese mixture<\/strong> over the second layer of fingers.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Decorating the cannabis tiramisu<\/h3>\n<p>Use a sieve to dust a teaspoonful of <strong>pure cacao powder<\/strong> across the top of the <strong>marijuana tiramisu<\/strong> until covered completely.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Allow the tiramisu to stand<\/h3>\n<p>Cover the tin with c<strong>ling film<\/strong>, make sure it is pulled tight as it is important that the film doesn\u2019t touch the <strong>tiramisu<\/strong>.
