The demands of modern-day life often lead to a frenetic daily routine that is detrimental to the plans of those of us who like to <strong>follow a healthy diet<\/strong> or simply enjoy good food. Unfortunately, we tend to fall back on the convenience of ready-made and packaged products.<\/p>\n<p>But there are no excuses with this simple recipe, let\u2019s prepare some <strong>delicious homemade cannabis hummus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Ingredients for cannabis hummus:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>400 g of cooked chickpeas<\/li>\n<li>50 mL of olive oil<\/li>\n<li>15 mL of <a href=\"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/blog\/en\/aceite-de-marihuana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>marijuana oil<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>60 mL of freshly squeezed lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons of <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tahini\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>tahini<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons of water<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of crushed cumin<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Ingredienti della presentazione:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 teaspoon of sweet paprika<\/li>\n<li>A splash of olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"color\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n<p>You can use dried chickpeas to <strong>prepare our special marijuana hummus<\/strong>, but you will need to put them to soak in water the night before (for about 12 hours), then boil them until soft.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Note:<\/strong> We used precooked chickpeas in our <strong>cannabis hummus recipe<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>First place the lemon juice and <strong>tahini<\/strong> in a blender or food processor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once the lemon and <strong>tahini<\/strong> (sesame seed paste) are well mixed, add the 400 g of <strong>cooked chickpeas<\/strong>, two <strong>garlic cloves<\/strong>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/sweetseeds.com\/blog\/en\/aceite-de-marihuana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>marijuana oil<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>olive oil<\/strong>, two <strong>tablespoons<\/strong> of <strong>water<\/strong> and ground <strong>cumin<\/strong>, then mix until you get a fine paste.<\/p>\n<p>If your <strong>cannabis hummus<\/strong> is too watery, add a little more <strong>oil<\/strong> to thicken it up a bit. If, on the other hand, it\u2019s too thick, you can add a bit more water until you get the right texture.<\/p>\n<p>For the presentation, place your <strong>cannabis hummus<\/strong> in a bowl and drizzle a dash of <strong>extra virgin olive oil<\/strong> and some sweet paprika over the top.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, you have to choose what you will dip into it!
