Cannabic chocolate with puffed rice recipe
Christmas is coming with its specials dishes and its irresistible sweets. In Spain, puffed rice chocolate (Turrón de chocolate) is one of the favourites for Christmas and New Year’s celebrations. But the feast will be better if you share our cannabic chocolate with your family and friends.
Ingredients:
- 150 g dark chocolate (at least 55%)
- 150 g milk chocolate
- 40 g cannabis butter
- 60 g puffed rice
Preparation:
Chop and heat the chocolates in a bain-marie with cannabis butter until they are completely melted. Stir regularly with a spatula.
Add the puffed rice once the preparation is homogeneous. Pour the cannabic mixture into a mould and place in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
You can use any plastic container if you don’t have any mould (you can even cut a tetra-brik lengthwise). Ideally, the inside of the container should be covered with plastic film to make it easier to remove the preparation from the mould.

You can use this recipe by replacing puffed rice with dried fruit, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds or whatever you like.
