Methods of payment

this is the quickest, securest and most recommendable method. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

You can pay by completing a bank transfer. If you use the same bank as us (CaixaBank), the transfer will enter our account immediately and we will promptly dispatch your order. If you use a different bank from us (CaixaBank), the transfer may take 2–3 days to go through.

Follow the steps below if you want to pay by bank transfer:

1. Make the transfer: you will receive an email with our bank account details so that you can place the bank transfer. We’ll wait until we receive the transfer in our account (this might take 2–3 working days).

2. Transfer received: as soon as we receive your transfer, we’ll prepare your order and dispatch it the same day to your delivery address.

Only available in Spain. You can pay for your order when you receive it from the courier. We suggest you have the exact amount, or thereabouts, ready in cash.
