Marijuana Chimichurri Sauce

You’ve probably heard of chimichurri sauce. It is a sauce originally from Argentina, although it is known all over the world. It is ideal for seasoning meats.

It is a spicy sauce made from onion, parsley, garlic, vinegar, oil and oregano. Today we want to introduce you to our cannabis version of this famous sauce.

From Sweet Seeds® we bring you this cannabis chimichurri, sure to surprise you.

Ingredients Cannabic Chimichurri Sauce (2 people):

  • 30 ml vinegar
  • 40 ml lemon juice
  • 60 g red onion
  • 6 g spicy paprika
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 g ground black pepper
  • Laurel
  • 90 ml cannabic olive oil
  • 20 g fresh parsley
  • 5 g dry oregano
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

1. Pour the vinegar, lemon juice, diced red onion, spicy paprika, chopped garlic, black pepper, ground bay leaf and salt in a bowl.

2. Mix well until you have a thick, lump-free sauce.

3. Add the cannabic olive oil and mix again.

4. Finally, add the parsley and dried oregano and mix one more time.

You now have your cannabis chimichurri sauce ready to enjoy with meat, vegetables and even fish.

If you like it less spicy, you can use sweet paprika instead of spicy paprika. You can even try mixing the two types of paprika, sweet and spicy, until you get the spiciness you like.

You can store this Sweet Seeds®, chimichurri sauce for a few weeks in an airtight jar.
